Home - Northamptonshire Webcasting
Welcome to the Northamptonshire County Council webcast page. We webcast a range of meetings with the aim of improving openness, transparency and understanding of the decisions that the Council takes. Amongst the meetings we webcast are:
- Full Council;
- All of our Overview and Scrutiny Committees;
- Development Control (planning) Committee;
- The Northamptonshire Police and Crime Panel; and
- The Northamptonshire Health and Wellbeing Board.
What is a webcast?
A webcast is a transmission of audio and video over the Internet. It enables you to watch council meetings live from the comfort of your own home or even on the move with an Android or iOS device.
Using this microsite
Forthcoming and most recent webcasts are displayed on the right. Older webcasts can be found in the Webcast library. All our webcasts should be archived within 2 working days and are available for 6 months after the event. Remember to check the tabs at the top of the page for extra features that may be available such as slides for any presentations being given at the meeting.
